  They were the best! I was traveling from Florida to Michigan on a Sunday when my car started to act up on Interstate 75. I got off the highway and entered into Jellico and couldn't find a place to look at my car. I pulled into this O'Reily Auto Parts and the staff and customers immediately came to my aid. The O'Reilly team expertly figured out what parts my car needed and some of their customers helped put the parts on my car. About an hour and a half later, I was able to get back on the road and safely drive to Michigan. Definitely awesome and friendly service! Also, Jellico is definitely an awesome and friendly town!
